Biographical Information:	I have been in practice for over 25 yrs. I started my career in the field of chemical dependency treatment which lead me to getting interested in eating disorders treatment and eventually to becoming a certified eating disorders specialist. I eventually started studying traumatic stress disorder. I was trained in EMDR as a part of my graduate degree over 12 yrs ago. I am fascinated by the mind's ability to heal emotional and psychological trauma. I am currently in private practice and my main focus is assisting my clients to over come both big T and little t trauma using mindfulness techniques, EMDR and ego state work.
